Our dietary analysis service helps to provide an extensive, in-depth assessment of any diet. Being one of our most requested services, it can provide a benefit to several areas of dietetic-related care. Dietary analysis can identify potential inadequacies with your current diet and highlight the impact this can have on your physical health. Examples include:

Initial 1:1 Consultation
Virtual meeting with your assigned dietitian to discuss your analysis requirements.

Premium Dietary Analysis

Ability to request measures of specific macro- and micro-nutrients including trace elements.

Written Report on Findings
This will include your requested measures providing a detailed report in an easy-to-read format.

Personalised Dietary Advice
Guidance on how to improve specific markers that may be deficient or inadequate. This guidance will be based on your
own goals.

Email Access
Ability to contact your assigned dietitian for further guidance and support throughout your journey.

Closing Consultation

Discuss your report with your dietitian to answer any questions or queries you may have. Obtain advice and guidance on how to improve your dietary intake.

How does it work?

WELCOME TO THE TEAM

Once booked in your assigned dietitian will be in touch to welcome you to the team.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The purpose of this is to identify dietary habits and any issues you may be experiencing. You will also discuss the aims of you analysis.

COMPLETE FOOD DIARY

This will need to be completed for 2 weeks. Your dietitian will discuss this in your consultation.

ANALYSIS IN PROGRESS

Once we have your completed food diary, the analysis will be underway. The average time frame for this is 2 weeks.

REPORT ON RESULTS

Once completed, your results will be sent via post or email. You can discuss these with your dietitian in a closing consultation.
